Payments: We accept paypal, credit cards, and personal check (we will ship product after we receive your check).
Shipping: Yu Studios uses UPS shippiing method. After we receive your order, we will email you to confirm your shipping date & total order amount. Unless we specify some items for shipping cost, shipping cost for one item is $8, additional every one item adds $5 to shipping cost.
Return: After you receive product, if you are not satisfied the artwork, please notify us in 7 days. You need to ship the artwork back to us and then we will issue the refund to you, but you have to pay for the shipping cost.
